Q: What payment methods are accepted?

* * * ALERT - We can no longer accept E-Checks, we apologize for the inconvenience. All payments must be made through the mail with a Money Order, Cash, or Certified Check. Please send payment along with your order # to our PO Box, your order will ship as soon as payment has been received.

A: We do not have Debit/Credit Card processing at this time. We are able to accept eCHECK, cash, check and money orders.

International Customers - Please note we only accept money orders in US dollars or cash in US dollars. eChecks cannot be processed from non-US bank accounts.


eCheck Payments:

It couldn't be simpler or more secure - it's safer than credit or debit cards! With eCheck orders ship as quickly as credit card orders, and you save any credit card fees or interest! Simply place your order 24/7 on our website, and choose "eCheck" at checkout. You will find all the necessary info to pay with eCheck on a real check. Just fill in your routing and account number. If you prefer to provide your eCheck payment info by phone you may call anytime during normal business hours with your banking info at (760) 389-4225 (Mon-Fri 10-5 Central), and we will process your eCheck instantly. You can leave a voicemail with those numbers anytime.

Q. Are your Kratom products for consumption?

Short Answer: No.

Here’s the problem with the simple, short answer:

Even though our Kratom is offered as a botanical, as an incense component or for aromatherapy purposes only, we receive or assign Lot Numbers and require a Certificate of Analysis (COA) with every bulk Kratom purchase we make.  This offers assurances of purity in terms of pesticides and chemicals and other common contaminants.  Since we pride ourselves on offering only the highest quality products, even though they're not for consumption, customers can rest assured that by handling our products, they are only Kratom, and nothing more, nothing adulterated, for the highest quality possible.

If we here at Buy Kratom even THINK you might consume any of the Kratom products we offer here at Buy Kratom, we will unfortunately have to ask you to shop somewhere else.  We take our freedom and our customers freedom with greater priority than anything else, so we operate within the very clear legal limits of the law as a way of ensuring that we will be here as long as it's legal to sell Kratom in the United States.

Q. Are your Kratom products adulterated?

A. No, not in any way. We do not adulterate any product we offer, and have independent testing results to ensure that none of our specimens, in any of the forms we offer, are adulterated or contaminated in any way.
